These initiatives include the creation of 10,000 square meter, state-of-the-art Middle East Parts Center which has enabled shorter lead times for Volkswagen Genuine Parts and accessories, and the development of a Regional Service Competence and Training Center to provide international training for personnel - ensuring our factory-trained techs know your Volkswagen inside out.

Our Group Services division has 3 departments that focus on delivering comprehensive services to the individual brands and the Company as a whole.
The Group Finance team is responsible for maintaining the financial health of our organization. The stability provided by them drives the operational excellence and future viability of the brands and their partners. This team is an integral unit that safeguards profitability, manages procurement processes and our suppliers. Furthermore, it also offers logistical support and provides the company with a variety of reliable IT services and related infrastructure.
The Group Aftersales team is centered around the needs of our customers and are involved in many activities that look after customer care, satisfaction, retention and conflict resolution. Apart from that, they are responsible for a variety of functions such as customer surveys, parts supply, warehousing, warranty management and training. This team also oversees our in-house call center, which is our direct channel for customer communication.
The Group HR team is the custodian of our most vital resource – our people. We believe that our employees are our organization, and their happiness and satisfaction is crucial to our success.
